Wednesday, MAY 24,2000,Dekalb Poultry Research,Inc
(DPRI) FILED a bankruptcy petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S.A Bankruptcy Code,with the U.S.A Bankruptcy Court,for the Northern District of Illinois in Rockford,Illinois.
As part of its plan to reorganise DPRI,DPRI has reached an agreement with Hendrix Landhorst BV,an affiliated company of Hendrix Poultry Breeders BV
(HPB)whereby Hendrix will acquire the genepool and the assets of DPRI located at Illiopolis,IL,Clarion,
IA and Bea/erdam,Wi. Closing of the acquisition transaction is scheduled for sometime in June.
Dekalb Poultry Research,Inc is a layer breeding company bassed in Dekalb,Ill.USA
